Computer-Based Training
Obor began developing training products in the early 90’s, before the internet. The term, synonymous with that means of delivery, of training materials is called Computer-Based Training (CBT). Now that Web-Based Training is delivered over the internet, we refer to CBT as – training courseware delivery NOT delivered over the internet, but instead delivered on a CD, DVD, or flash drive. It's great for situations where students may not have access to the internet or the access they do have is very poor. Additionally, student scoring and compliance can still be tracked through a special synchronization process.
